     Fellow Minnesotan,

​

     It continues to be my overwhelming honor to serve you on the Court of Appeals. My mission remains what it's been since I accepted the office two decades ago: to wear the robe with humility, to serve with integrity, and to do justice with uncompromising impartiality and fidelity to the rule of law. I hope you can see that commitment in each of the 4,000 appeals I've judged and in the 1,300 judicial opinions I've authored.

      If I've again earned your vote of confidence, I will be humbled to remain in your service for a new term on the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
